England 2026

Hi!

Below are our preliminary dates for England during 2026. Please note that they are subject to change, especially from May/June onwards as we are expecting a foal in May. If you need extra visits, please let us know.

We usually send a message out prior to the trip, but if you haven’t received one please message us.

Fees

Our standard fees are currently £120 per horse in the more client populated areas and £140 in other locations. Additional travel costs may apply, and discounts are available. We try our best to cluster visits to keep prices as low as possible. Fees are subject to change.

Booking

To book, please send Fanny or Maja (depending on who is coming) a whatsapp message with the following information:
1. The number of horses you want treated
2. Your availability. This is important! See the box below as to why.
3. Your address. Very important if it has changed, but also good to send if it has changed within the last year, we have many addresses to keep track of.
4. Wait for our reply – sometimes it takes a while for everyone to respond so we can make our schedule.
5. Please respond to our message with the appointed time 🙂

If you haven’t heard back from us, please send us a message again.

Why is availability important?
I always do my absolute best to see everyone that wants a treatment, and the schedule takes me a full day to make as you all have very different locations and availabilities. I always try to schedule you all on your preferred times, but it is not always possible.
My working hours can vary somewhere inbetween 5 am and 12 pm -ish and “any time” means that you are happy to have your horse ready for me at 5 am or for me to arrive at midnight. It does not mean 9-17, they are working hours for sane people ;).

What is the ideal response?
I would love to receive your availability and your preferred times.
I am happy to receive a message with your different times for each day if it is different from day to day.
I am happy to have a message saying “this is possible and this is preferred”. Some clients add that “this day/time is impossible”.
If you always have the same availability or preferences, please type it out for me at the beginning of the year and unless it changes then respond with “as usual” or something similar.

Common problems/how I understand your replies
“I can do Thursday from 5pm to 7pm.”
I will assume that is your only availability and if I am not able to schedule that I can unfortunately not reschedule everyone else to fit you in if you message back with a new suggested time.
“(no times/days given)”
I will assume that you can do any time any day.
“My preferred time is 5pm on Monday.”
My understanding is that you can do any time but that’s your preference.

If you have any questions, please message us on whatsapp!

Kind regards, Maja & Fanny

Terms and conditions

Cancellations within a week of the appointment and where your spot cannot be filled will be charged in full. However, cancellations due to genuine emergencies will be excused. Cancellations should be done in writing over Whatsapp, same as bookings.
No-show at booked appointments will be charged in full. This includes your late arrival without notification. Failure to supply a new address and hence sending us to the old one counts as a no-show.
Payments must be made no later than 10 days after the appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delayed payments will be charged interest and an administration fee.

As you all know, work with horses, especially ambulating, can take longer (or shorter) than expected sometimes. This can be due to traffic or horses that need that extra time. We make some allowances but cannot always guarantee our schedules. A delay of 30min-1hr is relatively common and should be accounted for. We will always let you know at our earliest convenience if we get delayed.
In rare cases, such as extreme weather, traffic incidents, or other unforeseen events, we may need to reschedule appointments. We will always inform you as soon as possible.
